Igor Kastelic took over the management of the company in 2003. With a clear vision to provide our partners with the best service and products, he and his team have been successfully steering the company for more than 15 years.
As the company's Technical Director, Matej Možina ensures the smooth operation of the technical department, which includes design, development, technology and production.
As Commercial Director, Bruno Čibej is responsible for the management of the commercial department, covering sales, project management and the entire supply chain.
In 2021, Andrej Selan took over the management of production. He is responsible for the smooth operation of the production process and its optimization.
Darja Bečaj is Head of Finance and General Accounting. She has been with REM for more than 10 years.
Barbara Pravne Huč is Head of Human Resources, responsible for the personal and career development of staff and for the proper administrative management of human resources.
Katja Udovič is the Supply Chain Manager whose team covers everything from the procurement of materials to the dispatch of finished products.
Janez Podpadec manages the sales team and provides support to our customers.
Uroš Zaletel manages the company's quality control and certification and is responsible for the final inspection of all REM products.
In 2016, Dr David Močnik took over the management of development activities and projects. Since 2020, he has also been in charge of the Design and Development department which is responsible for smooth technical execution and the development of applied solutions.
As Head of Marketing, Jure Rajh is responsible for building and developing REM's brand and managing the company’s communications with the market, the local community, employees and the wider public.
