Consultancy

We offer consulting services to investors, architects and designers right from the planning stage. This can ensure that the project is best designed for the modular construction system and that it benefits from all its advantages.

Design

We start each project by reviewing and resolving complex details and designing technical drawings. This allows us to offer the client a fixed price for the entire project. It also allows us to carry out the design phase more quickly once the project has been approved.

We design our projects according to Building Information Modelling standards and use state-of-the-art software for technical calculations, which gives us a clear technical overview of projects.

Technology

Transferring the details from digital designs into reality is the key to our work. We achieve the highest standards of quality by strictly controlling our production processes.

The units are produced in a controlled environment, which allows us to produce them faster and in a shorter turnaround time from order to completion.

Assembly

We carry out all possible assembly of joinery, partition walls, mechanical and electrical installations during production to reduce assembly time on site as much as possible.
