• maintaining and upgrading the requirements for the acquired quality mark of the German Association for Modular Construction according to RAL-GZ 613 for steel structures
• Carrying out activities to achieve the set goals written in the Sustainability Strategy of the REM company until 2024
• Implementing and maintaining the requirements of the European Technical Assessment ETA – 13/0186 for prefabricated residential units and the product standard for multi-purpose doors SIST EN 14351.
• Implementing and maintaining the requirements of the product standard for steel structures SIST EN 1090-1 (EXC-2).
  We will set measurable annual goals for each process, determine programs for their achievement and monitor them interdisciplinary, continuously check the effectiveness of operations and implement the necessary corrections, preventive and corrective measures.
  Fulfill compliance obligations, protect the environment and prevent its pollution by efficient material and energy use, and by reducing energy consumption and the amount of waste and packaging
